BVM is worth contacting for an initial meeting to discuss your upcoming construction project! I am the owner of a BCIN design company called Mark H Smith Designs Inc. and have been working in the design/construction industry for over 11 years and have specifically worked with Ryan and the BVM team on 9 projects(and counting) over the past two and half years. These projects include completed, ongoing and prospective projects that aim to get started in the coming months. The scope of work for the projects we’ve worked on have ranged from small projects such as one involving constructing a new covered porch along with coordinating landscaping upgrades to the front yard and driveway. As well as working on much larger projects that included two storey rear additions, and second floor additions along with interior renovations throughout the existing building. Projects also included a basement conversion of a single family home to include a secondary suite, and a basement underpinning project that provided much needed additional livable space for a family within their existing building. Also, there were a few garden suites projects proposed within rear yards, one being a proposed conversion of a large existing garage into a one bedroom suite and one being proposed as an entirely newly constructed one bedroom suite. BMV did a really good job on our project. They completed it on budget, no surprises and on time, with no delays. It was a fairly large project, second floor addition and first floor gut reno. The communication was excellent, and we were happy with the quality of the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

BVM was recommended by neighbours for staying on time and budget and they absolutely delivered on both for our basement underpinning/renovation project. All of their subcontractors and preferred vendors were experts and clearly prioritized BVM projects. We hired BVM to coordinate a build/redesign of the front of our bungalow. They built a covered front porch from a pre-existing design, and replaced our front door and very large front window. They also managed subcontractors for a driveaway widening and repaving, as well as replacing our broken retaining wall with a new stone wall. Vince and Colleen were great to communicate with, and the landscaping subcontractor in particular was excellent, as were the folks BVM had doing our siding, eaves, soffits, etc. The BVM crew handled the window and door installation and did a very nice job. Vince was flexible and allowed us to do some of the carpentry and electrical work ourselves, which brought the costs down a bit. We really love how it all turned out! Thanks BVM!
